After leaving military service, Kevin began a career in automotive sales in Savannah and quickly became one of the top sales leaders within the city. A natural born leader, Kevin moved from the sales floor into management, starting out as a Finance Manager, progressing to Sales Manager and ultimately becoming a General Manager, all within two years from his first day on a car lot. With his early successes in the automotive field, Kevin was poised to take the leap into entrepreneurship and launched his first dealership (along with his wife Karyn) in June 2000.

In addition to sharing ownership of the Auto Super Center in Hinesville, GA, Kevin is the CEO of Southeast Business Development Group, a consulting firm that assists business owners in improving their sales, marketing and business systems. Through the Southeast Business Development Group, Kevin has trained and mentored dozens of leaders in various capacities. Also, Kevin currently is the co- owner of Shurlock Mini Storage, Above All Properties and K. Thomas and Associates Accounting and Bookkeeping Services, along with his wife Karyn.  Serial entrepreneurs, Kevin and Karyn have also successfully owned a coffee shop and a limousine service, all while raising their three children: Ann Marie, Morgan and Kevin, Jr.   

Outside of his business endeavors, Kevin has served as president of both The Hinesville Rotary Club and the Georgia Independent Auto Dealers Association.  He currently serves as a member of the board of directors for the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce and the Coastal Area District Development Authority, an organization that helps small business owners apply for and receive SBA loans. As a member of the faith community, Kevin served as Senior Pastor of Life Without Limits Ministry for three years and is currently an Elder at Overcoming By Faith Ministries in Savannah, GA.

A visionary and a trendsetter, and a graduate of the Professional Business Coaching Alliance's School of Coaching, Kevin masterfully combines his hard earned entrepreneurial expertise with his intimate understanding of the automotive world, sharing his knowledge and ideas with companies and industry professionals around the world.  Additionally, he is a Certified Guerilla Marketing Coach. Kevin recently became a published author with the release of his book, How to Make Extreme Profits in Your Used Car Operation, a guidebook for business owners who want to succeed in the pre-owned automotive dealership industry. 

As the recipient of several awards, to include: The Georgia Quality Dealer Award, the National Quality Dealer Finalist, and the Rotary District Governor's Excellence Award, Kevin Thomas not only talks leadership, but is a living example of what strong leadership looks like: in business, in the community and in the home.
